Canceling or upgrading your account

You can upgrade your plan at any time if you need more features, or cancel your subscription if you no longer need your website.

Upgrade your account

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Hover over your username in the upper-right corner of the screen
  3. Click My Account
  4. Click the Change button next to Your Membership.
  5. Select your preferred plan.
  6. Confirm the upgrade.

Your new plan will become active immediately.

Cancel your account

If you decide to cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Hover over your username in the upper-right corner of the screen
  3. Click My Account
  4. Select Cancel Membership.
  5. Follow the confirmation steps.

Your website will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Before canceling

Before canceling your account, consider:

• exporting important data
• saving website content
• reviewing billing details
