Tracking your support requests

When you submit a support request through Create A Shoppe, your conversation is saved in your support message history.

This allows you to track updates and view responses from the support team.

View your support requests

  1. Log in to your Create A Shoppe dashboard.
  2. Click Support in the left menu.
  3. Open the Messages or Requests section.

You will see a list of your support conversations.

What you can do

From your support request history, you can:

• read replies from the support team
• add additional messages to an existing request
• view past conversations
• track the status of your request

Keeping your requests organized in one place makes it easier to follow up and find previous solutions.

Tips

If you have additional information about an issue, reply directly within the existing support request instead of creating a new one.

This helps keep the conversation organized.
