If your domain does not connect correctly, there are several things to check.

Common issues

DNS records incorrect

Verify your DNS records match the values provided in your dashboard.

Domain not propagated yet

DNS changes may still be propagating.

Wait up to 24 hours.

Wrong nameservers

If your domain uses external nameservers, DNS changes must be made there.

How to troubleshoot

  1. Confirm DNS records are correct.
  2. Wait for propagation to complete.
  3. Verify domain settings in your dashboard.
