Designing your website > Changing colors

Changing colors

You can easily change the colors used throughout your website using the Builder. Colors can be adjusted globally to update across your entire site, or you can change them on individual sections and elements.

Changing Global Colors

Global colors let you manage your website’s color palette from a single place. When you update a global color, every element that uses it will update automatically.

  1. Go to Website in the left menu.
  2. Click Pages.
  3. Hover over any page and click Edit in Builder.
  4. In the builder, click the Global Styles icon.
  5. Select Colors.
  6. Update the colors in your palette.

Your changes will instantly apply to buttons, text, backgrounds, and other elements that use those global colors.

Using global colors keeps your design consistent and makes it easy to update your site’s style later.

Changing Colors on Individual Elements

If you want to change the color of a specific item, you can edit it directly.

  1. Open the page in the builder.
  2. Click the element you want to change (such as text, a button, or a section).
  3. In the Design panel on the left, find the Color or Background settings.
  4. Choose a new color from the color picker or enter a hex code.

This change will apply only to that element.

Changing Section Background Colors

You can also change the background color of entire sections.

  1. Open the page in the builder.
  2. Click the section you want to edit.
  3. In the Design panel, locate Background settings.
  4. Select a color or gradient for the background.

Background colors help separate content areas and create visual contrast.
