Enabling lead capture

Lead capture allows AI Chat to collect visitor information during conversations.

Enable lead capture

  1. Go to AI Chat.
  2. Turn on Enable Lead Capture.
  3. Click Save.

What can be captured

Depending on your setup, AI Chat may collect:

• name
• email
• message


Where leads are stored

When AI Chat captures a lead, the information is saved in your dashboard.

View your leads

Go to:

AI Chat → Leads

You can receive email alerts when a new lead is captured through AI Chat.

Set up notifications

  1. Go to AI Chat.
  2. Enter the email address where you want notifications sent.
  3. Click Save.
