Using social planner logs

Social Planner includes activity logs that help you track what content has been shared to social media.

Logs let you monitor your social publishing activity and troubleshoot issues.

View activity logs

  1. Go to Social Planner.
  2. Open the Logs section.

You will see a list of recent social posts and their status.

Information shown in logs

Logs typically display details such as:

• which content was shared
• which social account received the post
• the time the post was published
• the status of the post

Why logs are helpful

Logs help you confirm that your scheduled content has been successfully published.

They can also help identify issues if a post fails to publish.
