• you update products
• you change important information
• you upload PDFs
• you add training notes or custom instructions

1. Go to AI Chat.
2. Click Rebuild Knowledge Base.

Tips

If the AI is giving outdated or incomplete answers, rebuilding your knowledge base is usually the first step.
