How to Train Your AI with Your Website Content

AI Chat can learn from your website content, so it can answer questions based on the information already on your site.

Train AI with website content

1. Go to AI Chat.
2. Scroll to Training Settings.
3. Select what to include, such as:
   • Pages
   • Posts
   • Products
4. Click Rebuild Knowledge Base.

This allows the AI to answer questions using your actual site content.

Tips

Include the content areas that contain the most useful customer information.
